This team is the first team from Livingston County to ever win a State Basketball Championship.
5-Day semi-guided Turkey Hunt and modern fully-furnished lodge accommodations
in S.E. Iowa and No. Missouri with Soap Creek Outfitters, Spring 2010.
Value: $1,000, minimum bid $500.
Does not include transportation to and from Iowa/Missouri.
Hunters are responsible for
purchasing tags, own turkey calls, camo clothing, shotgun and meals. Soap Creek
Outfitters will provide muzzleloader shotgun to use if hunters flying to Iowa/Missouri.
Winner to arrange exact dates with Soap Creek Outfitters.
In Iowa, one bird per hunter. Iowa spring season is on a draw basis. Apply for tag Dec
to Jan 25th for Iowa zone 4 by calling 800-367-1188. Generally 99% of hunters draw tags.
Soap Creek Outfitters can supply muzzleloader for hunters who don't draw shotgun tags or
who want to buy muzzleloader tags (not subject to draw). Iowa bow, shotgun and
muzzleloader tags with hunting license cost $211. Iowa season is April 13th to May 14th,
2010.
In Missouri, two birds per hunter. Missouri tags can be purchased over the counter, by
phone at 800-392-4115 or 573-751-4115. Tags are $190 in Missouri. Missouri season is
April 20th to May 10th, 2010.
